RESPOND, DON'T REACT
Change is change, even when it's good. And the way your organization responds and adapts to the change largely hinges on how you communicate to your people through it. Whether you're expecting a shift or want to be prepared for unexpected transitions that will inevitably come, partnering to develop a comprehensive change management communication plan will give you the confidence to weather whatever season or storm comes your way.
No one wants to pay for it until disaster strikes. Unfortunately, retroactive insurance isn't a thing, and wishing you could back in time and handle change differently isn't either.
Preparing for change that isn't even on your radar isn't just proactive; it's wise. Don't put your organization in a position to scramble when—not if—transitions come. Even in the most difficult of scenarios, there is a way to lead with confidence, clarity and care.
This is the best place to be (believe me!). Even if the transition ahead is difficult, having the foresight and wisdom to create a change management communication plan will put your organization in the best position possible to face what's next. I'll think through every scenario, audience, and channel for you, and together, we'll plan to set you up for success.
Even in the steadiest of seasons, change is always coming. The question is, are you planning for it or putting off what needs to be done to prepare? If you don't have a change management communication plan framework in place, it's the next best thing you can do for your organization. Your people will thank you for it when the time comes (and it will).
Assess your organization, audiences, and communication channels to determine how change would need to be cascaded
Develop a change management communication plan that serves your organization, supports the change, honors leaders and staff, and drives positive adoption and adaptation
Establish actionable steps to support multiple layers of leadership through the change
Watch your organization face both expected and unforeseen change with clarity and confidence because you had the wisdom to plan and set them up for success
this is for you.

Without counsel plans fail,
but with many advisers they succeed.

This will help me understand what you're planning for—something expected or scenarios that are possible but not currently playing out. If we're working with planned change, this questionnaire will offer a special set of questions to help me understand cultural and historical context for your organization, how the change will impact staff, and if it will ultimately impact external audiences.
Next up? A kick-off call to discuss what I learned through your answers, who all needs to be involved in the project (heads up—I believe stakeholders across the entire organization need to be involved in these things), and a game plan to get the work officially underway.
Once I've connected with all necessary stakeholders to consider their perspectives and roles, I'll develop a change management communication plan to support your organization from the prep for change to the months following it. If we're building out a framework for possible future change, this will be delivered as more of a template to be customized based on specific transitions ahead.
I'm here to help you set up your organization for success, no matter what is coming your way. Get in touch below and I'll reach out to coordinate next steps .
